Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Send your request to support@orduapp.com and the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are fully refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund for the remaining months may be considered on a case-by-case basis; this is not a standard entitlement.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The 14-day window has passed and the service has been actively used
• A refund has previously been issued for the same account
• The account was closed due to a violation of the Terms of Service

Refund Process

1. Email support@orduapp.com with the subject "Refund Request".
2. Include the email address on your account and your purchase date.
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds will appear on your payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Without Refund

To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact support@orduapp.com. After cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current period; you will not be charged for the next period.
